To cancel your subscription, you can:
- Access your subscription management panel and cancel it directly there; or
- Contact our Support team, who can guide you and even complete the cancellation for you, if you prefer.

- Redraw has a bit of a learning curve before you start getting truly amazing results. We offer personalized guidance, where you can send us your projects and results and receive detailed, optimized recommendations. Get in touch with us via our support WhatsApp or the chat inside the members’ area.
- If you’re facing technical issues, such as access problems or errors while generating images, please contact our team. We’re committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible.
How to Request a Refund
If you would like to request a refund, our Support team is ready to assist you.
Just reach out to us through any of our channels (chat, email, or WhatsApp), and we’ll guide you through the entire process. We’ll handle the request with the payment platform and make sure everything is done as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Cancellation vs. Refund: What’s the Difference?
Refund
- Applicable to the 7-day money-back guarantee for purchases made in Brazil.
- You can request a refund up to 7 days after the first purchase of a subscription.
- When you request a refund, your access to Redraw is immediately revoked.
Cancellation
- Can be requested at any time.
- Means you will no longer be charged in the future.
- Even after requesting cancellation, you keep access to Redraw until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
The 7-day guarantee is a right protected by Brazilian law. This means you are legally entitled to it.
Art. 49 – Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC)
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 7 days from the date of signing or receiving the product or service, whenever the purchase of products or services occurs outside the commercial establishment, especially by telephone or at home.
What Does This Mean?
For 7 days, you have the right to request a refund without dispute, as long as your request complies with our Terms of Use. With the 7-day guarantee, you can fully test Redraw, and if for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund directly from Support.
