How Plans, Coins, and Renewal Work

How do the plans work?

Currently, Redraw offers three plan options, available in both monthly and annual billing:

  • Basic
  • Expert
  • Business

All plans include the platform’s main features, but they vary in the number of coins available per month and in some additional features.

What is the difference between the plans?

The main difference between the plans is the number of monthly coins included in each option:

  • Basic: 600 coins per month
  • Expert: 2,000 coins per month
  • Business: 7,000 coins per month

Which features change from one plan to another?

In addition to the number of coins, some features vary depending on the plan.

Available resolution

  • Basic: up to 4K
  • Expert and Business: up to 8K

Features not available in the Basic plan

Some more advanced features are not available in the Basic plan, such as:

  • 8K Resolution Upscaling
  • 3D Object: Text and Multi-Angle
  • Video: Veo Standard

Business plan benefits

The Business plan also includes:

  • Priority rendering queue
  • Early access to beta features
  • Simultaneous account usage for up to 15 accesses at the same time

In this case, the 15 simultaneous accesses mean that up to 15 people can use the account at the same time with the same email and password. This does not mean the creation of 15 separate users within the plan.

How does plan payment work?

Redraw offers plans in both monthly and annual billing options.

  • In the monthly plan, billing happens every month
  • In the annual plan, billing is charged in full upfront

At the moment, it is not possible to pay annual plans in installments.

Payments for both monthly and annual plans are subject to IOF charges.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Currently, subscription payments can only be made by credit card. Due to Redraw’s business model, the payment platforms used do not currently offer debit card, Pix, or bank slip options.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time, whether on the monthly or annual billing option.

How does an upgrade work?

An upgrade can be made at any time. When upgrading, you only pay the price difference between your current plan and the new one. After confirmation, the new benefits are released immediately to your account.

How does a downgrade work?

A downgrade can also be requested at any time, but it is not applied immediately.

In this case, the change only takes effect at the next subscription renewal, whether monthly or annual. Until then, your account remains with the benefits of the current plan.

When the next billing date arrives, the amount charged will be based on the new selected plan, and your account benefits will be adjusted accordingly.

Which plan should I choose?

In general:

  • Basic covers the main needs well
  • Expert offers more volume and advanced features
  • Business is recommended for heavier usage and for teams that need more capacity and extra benefits

If needed, Support can also help identify which plan makes the most sense for your type of use.

How do coins work?

Coins are the credits used to generate images and use the platform’s features. The number of coins available depends on the subscribed plan.

How many coins do I get with each plan?

Each plan offers a specific number of coins per month:

  • Basic: 600 coins per month
  • Expert: 2,000 coins per month
  • Business: 7,000 coins per month

How does coin renewal work?

Regardless of whether the plan is monthly or annual, coins are renewed monthly, every 30 days, based on the subscription date.

That means if the subscription was purchased on a certain date, coin renewal will happen again around that same period in the following month.

Do coins accumulate?

No. At Redraw, coins are not cumulative.

This means that at each renewal, your balance is reset to the number of coins included in your subscribed plan, without adding any unused balance from the previous month.

In other words, if you do not use all your coins within the current period, the remaining balance will not be carried over to the next cycle.

What can I do if my coins run out before renewal? Can I buy additional coins?

At the moment, it is not possible to buy one-off or additional coins separately.

Currently, Redraw works through subscription plans linked to the plan’s active period, rather than through individual coin purchases.

If you need more coins before the next renewal, you can consider two alternatives:

  • Upgrade to a plan with a higher number of coins
  • In some cases, on the monthly plan, request an early renewal through Support

Where can I check my coins?

In the coin statement, you can track all account movements, including:

  • Coin entries from renewals
  • Coin deductions from platform usage

How does renewal work?

Subscription and coin renewal depend on the billing option of the subscribed plan, but in both cases coins are renewed monthly.

How does coin renewal work?

Regardless of whether the plan is monthly or annual, coins are renewed every 30 days based on the subscription date.

That means if the subscription was purchased on a certain date, the coin renewal will happen again around that same period in the following month.

How does renewal work on the monthly plan?

In the monthly plan, renewal happens along with the subscription renewal, as long as the monthly payment is confirmed.

How does renewal work on the annual plan?

In the annual plan, payment is made in full upfront.

Even so, the coins are not released all at once. They are made available monthly, every 30 days, throughout the subscription period.

What does early renewal mean?

Early renewal allows your monthly cycle to restart before the original due date.

In practice, this means the charge is made before the scheduled date, the coins are renewed at that moment, and your new renewal date becomes this new date.

Early renewal must be requested directly through Support.

Where can I check my plan and renewal details?

This information can be checked directly on the platform under My Profile → Plan and Billing.

In that section, you can view:
