How Early Renewal Works

What is early renewal?

Early renewal is a feature that lets you restart your monthly coin cycle before the original renewal date, without needing to contact support, directly on the platform.

With it, you can renew your coins immediately whenever you notice your balance has run out before the scheduled date and you need to keep generating renders without interruption. This way, you can handle it yourself in just a few clicks, right when you need it.


Who can use this feature?

Early renewal is available to users who meet both of the following conditions:

  • Have an active monthly plan (Basic, Expert, or Business)
  • Have their account linked to Stripe, Redraw's current payment platform

How do I trigger an early renewal?

  1. Open your profile menu by clicking the icon in the top right corner of the platform.
  2. Click "My profile".
  3. In the side menu, select "Plan and billing".
  4. Inside your current plan card, click the "Early renewal" button.
  5. Read the information in the confirmation modal and, if you agree, click "Confirm early renewal".
⚠️ Important: this action is immediate and irreversible. Once confirmed, the charge is processed instantly.


What happens when I confirm the early renewal?

Once you confirm:

  • The charge is processed immediately by Stripe, using the payment method already on file in your account
  • Your coins are renewed right away, with the full balance included in your plan
  • Your billing cycle is reset from the date of the early renewal, meaning the next renewal will happen 30 days from that point

Can I cancel or undo an early renewal?

No. Early renewal is an immediate and non-negotiable action. As soon as you click the confirm button, the charge is processed and the cycle restarts. Make sure to review all the details carefully before confirming.


What is the upgrade suggestion?

When requesting an early renewal, the platform may display an upgrade suggestion. This happens when your usage history indicates that you consistently use more coins than your current plan includes.

The suggestion is always for the next plan up:

  • Basic → Expert
  • Expert → Business

This happens because, by identifying that your usage is consistently higher than what your current plan offers, Redraw suggests the upgrade at the moment you need it most, contextually and naturally. The decision is always yours: you can ignore the suggestion and simply proceed with the early renewal of your current plan.

Can I use early renewal more than once?

Yes. With each early renewal, your cycle is reset from that date.

I'm on an annual plan. Do I have access to this feature?

No. Early renewal is available for monthly plan subscribers only. Annual subscribers will not see this option on the platform.

My account is on Hotmart. What do I do?

Contact Redraw support via chat or WhatsApp. Our team will help you process the early renewal manually.

Will the charge go to the payment method I already have on file?

Yes. Stripe processes the charge automatically using the payment method registered in your account.
