How Payment and Automatic Renewal Work

How do I make a payment?

  1. If this is your first purchase, you should first choose the plan that best fits your profile and professional needs.
For more information about our plans, visit the “Redraw Plans” category, which is full of useful information and details.
  1. Once you have chosen the ideal plan, go to your profile on the Redraw website and click on the third tab, “Plan and Billing”, then click “Upgrade”.


  1. Right after that, you will be redirected to our payment platform, where you can enter your registration details, promotional codes, and the information required to complete your payment safely and quickly.



Congratulations — after subscribing, you are ready to enjoy the platform however you like. Payment is almost instant, and your coins are credited immediately so you can start using Redraw without delay.


Automatic Renewal

Automatic renewal is a feature that ensures you continue enjoying all the benefits of Redraw without interruptions.

It works in a practical and secure way, automatically renewing your plan at the end of each subscribed period, whether monthly or annual.


How the charge works

When you activate a plan with automatic renewal:

  • The registered payment method (credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, etc.) is authorized for recurring charges.
  • At the end of the current billing cycle, the system automatically issues a new charge, with no manual action required.
  • Once the payment is confirmed, the subscription is renewed for another period, keeping all features active.


If you want, you can check all renewal information, such as amounts, registered cards, and plans, in the “Manage Subscription” or “Plan and Billing” section within Redraw.


If you do not want the charge to repeat, you can cancel automatic renewal at any time before the due date.


Cancellation is simple and can be done directly through the subscription panel in your account.

Even if you cancel renewal, you will keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
