How to Manage Your Account and Subscription
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription and your account information directly through the Redraw platform.
To access this area, log in to the platform, click the icon in the top-right corner, and select My Profile.
Inside My Profile, you will find the following tabs:
- Profile
- Personal Data
- Plan and Billing
- My Redraw Coins
What can I find in the Profile tab?
In the Profile tab, you can view your general account information, such as:
- your name
- your email
- your current plan
- available bonuses
What can I find in the Personal Data tab?
In the Personal Data tab, you can edit and manage your account information, such as:
- personal and contact information
- professional information
- password change
- account deletion
What can I find in the Plan and Billing tab?
In the Plan and Billing tab, you can manage your subscription.
In this area, you can:
- view your current plan
- change your payment card
- switch plans, choosing between monthly and annual options
- view your billing receipts
- cancel your subscription
To access these options, simply click on Your Plan.
What can I find in the My Redraw Coins tab?
In the My Redraw Coins tab, you can track your account transaction statement, including coin deposits and coin usage.
In addition to accessing this information through My Profile, you can also view the statement by clicking the coins icon and then selecting Coin Statement.
