How to Set Up and Edit Your Profile

Keeping your profile information accurate ensures a safer and more personalized experience inside Redraw.

Your profile is your identity within the platform. Updating your details allows Redraw to tailor features and content to your needs. Below, you’ll find a step-by-step guide on how to configure and edit your profile.

Accessing Your Profile

1. Log in to Redraw.
2. Click your user icon in the top-right corner.
3. Select My Profile.

Inside this area, you will find three main sections:

Personal Information

Here you can update:

• First and last name
• Date of birth
• Document/ID
• Profile photo (up to 1MB, JPG or PNG)

Available options:

• Edit information
• Change password
• Delete my data

Contact Information

This section includes:

• Phone number
• ZIP code and region
• Country

Option available:

• Edit information to update your contact details.

Professional Information

Here you can select the profession you identify with the most (e.g., architect).

This allows Redraw to personalize your experience with relevant content and features.

My Plan and Redraw Coins

In the profile tab, besides your personal information, you can also view:

• Your active plan (monthly or annual)
• Your Redraw Coins balance, used to generate images and access platform features.
